Is your facility ADA Accessible?

1ST SUMMIT ARENA is ADA accessible. For concerts, family shows or ice shows that have ADA seating on the floor of the arena patrons must use section 19 to gain access to this area. Other sections of the arena that contain ADA seating are section 1, suite level and event floor (for concerts). 1ST SUMMIT ARENA does have an elevator to transport patrons to the suite level. Event staff representatives are always available to assist patrons with any questions they may have. If you have any questions regarding the facility, please seek out someone from the event staff to help you with your needs.

What time do the doors open prior to an event?

Doors will open one hour prior to the event time. Please be aware that event dates and times are subject to change at any time so check back to our site often for updates on any special rules or regulations that may have been put in place for specific events. Are cameras, video cameras or recording devices allowed at events?

Professional cameras (professional = having a removable lens) and audio/video recording are prohibited in 1ST SUMMIT ARENA for most events. Please check the individual event information on the calendar of events for more specific show rules and regulations. Call 814.536.5156 for detailed show information closer to the date of the show.

Am I allowed to bring food/beverage into the facilities?

Outside food and beverage is prohibited at 1ST SUMMIT ARENA. Please do not bring any bottles of water/juice/soda or any alcoholic beverage of any kind. All patrons found bringing outside food and beverage into the arena will be asked to return it to their vehicle or dispose of it in the trash.  Allowances may be made for medically necessary items and items for children ages 2 and younger.

Am I allowed to smoke at the facilities?

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in 1ST SUMMIT ARENA. There is a designated smoking section located outside of the building. Access to this area is through the exit doors located behind section 11 for hockey and section 19 for concerts on the concourse level. **Reminder: Smoking in the facilities is strictly prohibited. Patrons found violating this policy are subject to ejection from the building and will not be allowed re-entry to the event.

How and where do I buy tickets? Can I buy tickets over the phone?

Tickets for events can be purchased by visiting the 1ST SUMMIT ARENA box office or online at www.ticketmaster.com. The box office can only facilitate in-person transactions, except in the case of ADA ticket sales or group ticket sales.  For those needs, you can contact the box office at boxoffice@1stsummitarena.com.

What form of payment can I use?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.  Personal checks and American Express are not accepted.

Does Ticketmaster have extra fees?

YES, a convenience charge is assessed when purchasing your tickets through Ticketmaster Outlets, Ticketmaster charge-by-phone and Ticketmaster.com.

Is there a Will Call window at your box office?

There is a will call window at the box office. Will Call allows patrons to pick their tickets up the night of the event at the box office. Will Call is usually used when purchasing tickets over the internet or if you need to leave tickets for family, friends or associates.

What are the box office hours?

The box office hours are typically Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm; and two hours before game/show time on event days. Box office hours are subject to change.

Where do I park for events at 1ST SUMMIT ARENA?

The arena offers a limited number of parking spaces for vehicles with handicap tags.  Otherwise, the arena does not offer public parking for most ticketed events. Event parking for 1ST SUMMIT ARENA is provided at all of the downtown parking garages.

Does your venue have a lost and found?

1ST SUMMIT ARENA has a lost and found located in the box office. If you have lost or misplaced a possession and you believe it happened at our facilities, please email boxoffice@1stsummitarena.com with a description of your lost item, your name and how we can reach you.

Are there prohibited items at the facilities?

The following items are prohibited at our facilities:

  • Guns, knives or weapons of any kind
  • Outside food and beverage
  • Laser pointers
  • Large bags or backpacks
  • Recording devices (audio or video)
  • Posters, flags or similar signs that will obstruct the view of other fans.

What is your bag policy?

All bags entering the building may be subject to search.  Fans are permitted to bring clear see-through bags no larger than 12 inches tall by 12 inches wide by 8 inches deep.   Smaller bags, such as clutch purses, no larger than 5 inches tall by 7 inches wide by 6 inches deep.  Medically necessary bags and diaper bags for children ages 4 and younger are also permitted.
